    Make any 12" pizza into a Calzone. Our Calzones are awesome and we have been making them the same way since our starting days in Nome. We take a 12" pizza, fold it in half and brush the entire crust with garlic butter, then bake. After baking we brush it again with more garlic butter and season it with Italian herbs. So good with a cold Matanuska Beer
